Se declaró sin efecto el auto proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva –Sala Penal-, mediante el cual se declaró la nulidad de la actuación surtida por el Juzgado Segundo Penal del Circuito de esa ciudad en la acción de tutela contra la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social.
En consecuencia, se ordenó al citado Tribunal decidir, a la mayor brevedad posible, la impugnación interpuesta por la accionante contra la sentencia proferida por el mencionado Juzgado en la acción de tutela a que se ha hecho referencia.

- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de esa ciudad en la accion de tutela interpuesta por Edelmira Ospina de Ramirez contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social.
- Segundo. En consecuencia, se ordena al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Neiva -Sala Penal- decidir, a la mayor brevedad posible, la impugnacion interpuesta por la ciudadana Edelmira Ospina de Ramirez contra la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de esa ciudad el 4 de mayo del presente ano en la accion de tutela a que se ha hecho referencia.
